Collection of Your Boxes
An item of furniture I need collecting is heavy and I think I would struggle to lift it with the driver. Can you send a second man?
Yes. Our pricing assures you will assist the driver, but if you need a second man simply phone our office or fill out a premium service inquiry form and we will contact you with a price.
How do we know what items you have collected to store?
When our driver collects, they will label every item and complete a full inventory. You will then sign this and have a copy offered to you. When we re-deliver you can mark off items against the inventory so you know you have received all of your possessions back.
What if I live in a flat?
No problem. Our price on this site includes ground floor collection, but as long as you have previously notified us we can collect from any floor level for an additional charge.
Do you do weekend collections?
We can deliver and collect on a Saturday for a small, extra charge.
Can you collect today?
Normally no, as we need to sort out paperwork, delivery boxes and then organise to collect the packed boxes. If you phone our office we can sometimes help out in emergency circumstances.
Where can you collect my belongings from?
Any address in the postcode areas; CM1, CM2, CM3, CM9 & CM0.
When can you collect my belongings?
Our office will discuss a mutually convenient day with you for the delivery or collection of your boxes and materials. Collection time slots are normally 2-hour slots in the afternoon.
