I highly recommend TFM Removals who moved our home a few weeks ago. The team were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They took large pieces of furniture apart and refitted them back again at the new home. They covered carpets at both ends and were very professional and clearly experienced. Great company.

TFM arrived exactly when promised and efficiently and conscientiously carried out our various requests. Added to which various little ‘extras’ were added with absolutely no fuss – even at their suggestion to make things easier for us. And all this was carried out by happy, cheerful and energetic staff for whom nothing seemed a problem. We would not hesitate to use TFM again for large or small jobs, it was a pleasure to have them in the house.

TFM were fantastic – we relocated from Burnham-on-Crouch to Norfolk and they helped right through the process to reduce the stress as much as possible and give advice. Nothing was trouble for them – and the speed & efficiency was so impressive (huge cabinets gone in seconds as though they were moving a cup 😆). Stats and Adam were really helpful & supportive but – most importantly – stayed on track to get the job done for us as quickly and pain-free as possible. Would recommend to anyone.

I want to thank the whole team at TFM, from initial contact to after the move, the service was excellent. They guided me through the whole process, what, when and how to pack everything. On the day the team were very calm, efficient and reassuring, especially as there was alot of hanging around for access. Highly recommend TFM, a big thank you.

Great communication and they went the extra mile for my 81-year-old mum which was much appreciated. Top tips for anyone moving and needing storage, TFM can place your removal into a container and store it for a fraction of the cost of a ‘Store it’ style lock up. Only wished we had known that before! Hope that helps someone save some money x

TFM stepped in for us at the last minute, after a different company became fully booked. And TFM certainly stepped up. Hard working, polite and focussed staff, removal from the house was done quickly and efficiently. Then, at the other end, when there was a delay in completion, the same staff worked hard to unload so that we did not incur extra charges. Very well done.

This company was excellent. The guys went over and above to help us out on the day. Moving is stressful, and they really helped to minimise the stress for us wherever possible. The sales process was not pushy, the company were really honest about what the best options might be and seemed genuinely interested in getting the most suitable option for us, even if it wasn’t with them. TFM Moved us from Scotland to Southern Spain with a brief bit of storage in between. Process was well organised and executed, including the customs worries. TFM were not the cheapest available but it was worth paying more to have peace of mind and have regular updates on the move. All our things arrived on time and intact packed and delivered by two different teams who were friendly and respectful.

A very professional service. All staff were friendly and respectful for our furniture and belongings. Carpets were well covered to avoid footprints and we were supplied with plenty of boxes and wrapping material in advance. Very well organised and customer focused. We would definitely recommend TFM Removals to friends and family.
