For many reasons the purchase of your new home can end up being delayed for a few weeks – meanwhile the people buying your house are pressing forward, their mortgage may be running out, or their children starting at a new school.
In this situation, the last thing you want to hear is “they are considering pulling out of the purchase”, but unfortunately it happens.
Our short term storage is the answer. We will collect all of your goods and load them into containers at your address, these will be sealed with a numbered customs seal and held safely. You can find temporary accommodation or stay with family and your buyer is kept happy. Whenever your new house is ready we will return your containers to you and unload your belongings into your new house.
Best of all: it doesn’t cost much more than a ‘normal’ removal; we are still only handling the furniture twice so the labour costs remain low.
