Direct Removals to Germany from Essex, East London & Kent
A direct removal means the crew will arrive at your home, wrap, pack and dismantle your furniture if required, carry out a full numbered inventory and then load the vehicle. We can then either hold in storage whilst paperwork is prepared, or leave straight away for Germany if all the documents are already in place.Â
Just tell us the date you want your removal loaded, and we will give you the date and time of delivery.Â
You will be provided with a guide to all the documentation that is required for Germany.
We offer direct removals and groupage deliveries to suit clients with varying budgets and loads. Direct removals is best for larger loads, delivering your possessions in a dedicated, individual lorry. If you have a smaller load, groupage may be the right choice. This cost-effective option includes your possessions in a carefully inventoried load of goods from a number of clients with a similar destination.
How long does it take?
The time it takes to transport a container from the UK to Germany will vary depending on market conditions and cargo line capacity. We estimate the following approximate times for our door-to-door service.
Please note that these timings are indications only. Unexpected factors beyond our control can cause delay. Please get in touch for more details.
Whichever option you choose, the team will arrive and expertly dismantle, pack and load your possessions. The team will then drive to your new location before unloading in Germany, ensuring your goods are safe at every stage of the journey.
Flexible, with established relationships across Europe, we can provide a removals service to Germany which fits your precise timescale and requirements.

Frequently asked questions
You can pack your own boxes, although we advise you do not, shipping requires a different level of packing and a professional touch really is required. Plus, if we pack for you all the items will then be insured, if you pack yourself, an insurance company will not recognise your packing as ‘professional packing’, and will deem contents of boxes uninsured.
Every single item of furniture is export wrapped, before it even leaves your home. If you are having a ‘part load’ service each and every item is put to a numbered inventory, which can be ticked off during unloading, and if you are having a ‘FCL’ service a full numbered inventory will still be taken, plus we will seal the back of the container with a customs seal.
Yes, we recommend everyone who ships takes us up on the offer of insurance throughout. The cost of this will be clearly detailed on you quotation.

This is where you will share a container with other clients being moved to the same worldwide destination. At the other end, our agent will break down all the loads and deliver them all separately.
We are moving high value items every day, all over the globe. All of our staff are trained in moving clocks, antiques, pianos, barometers and it is the norm for us. When the estimator visits he will note any items such as these that require special attention.
