I have known Ralph Founder of TFM for a while. The most recent move involved him packing an antique Chandelier without me being there, I needn’t have worried it was packed very well and a lot of care was taken to transport and store it.This was part of a long move to Scotland. He phoned in advance to re-confirm what was required and the men doing the move were very professional and kind. I have no hesitation to recommend TFM for any removal, your in safe hands.

We used TFM for our recent big move, which including consolidating items both in our temporary house and a storage unit. From the first contact I was confident that TFM would do a great job, and they definitely delivered! They were highly professional, help and advice was given at every stage, nothing was too much trouble, and the move went very smoothly despite poor weather. I would highly recommend using TFM for your move, and if we ever do again and it is logistically sensible we would use again. In comparison to other companies we had contacted they seemed far more focused on providing a great service at a very fair price, rather than selling on being the cheapest possible, which when you are moving your treasured possessions should be the approach. They came and inspected all items to be moved and there were no nasty surprises, which I am confident we would have had with some of the other moving firms. A big thank you to Ralph, Adam, Stats, and the rest of the team (sorry I am hopeless with names)!

We used TFM to move us from Burnham to Southminster and also use their storage facility to store most of our belongings whilst we carried out refurbishment to our new house. The service provided was excellent, starting with the initial contact and quote, the moving out from Burnham into storage and then from storage into Southminster. Finally, a nice touch was a phone call from Ralph a few days after the move was complete to check everything was ok and that we were happy with the service provided. I would recommend TFM without hesitation.

Ralph and the guys at TFM made our move nothing less than perfect. We had a very stressful purchase of a new build but knowing Jamie and Stats were packing and moving our belongings, put our minds at ease. Ralph goes above and beyond (even checking in on his weekend away) to make sure his customers are satisfied. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Probably not the cheapest but definitely you get what you pay for. Both the removal and re-location went as smoothly as could be hoped , as did the intervening storage. Friendly & efficient team.

TFM were great from start to finish, from the friendly people in the office who always answer the phone and keep you up to date, to the lovely movers on the day who treated our belongings with respect and care. We had complete confidence in them and would definitely recommend and use them again.

I was very apprehensive moving from a large house after our 4 kids flew the nest, to a smaller country location down the end of a small lane. I needn’t of worried! The guys at TFM thought of every possibility & carried out our move in a way no other removal company offered us. The move took place over 5 days in total, giving us time to breathe & relax after each stage with TFM storing our belongings to enable them to run smaller vans to our new property in different stages. Extremely polite, cheerful & hard working, they took all the stress out of our move & we can’t thank them enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, you’ll definitely be in safe hands.

Right from the first phone call to TFM they could not have done more for us. Difficult situation moving my Mums belongings from her previous residence to storage while she is in respite care.
