From start to finish these guys were just brilliant. Even my friends who were there on removals day were amazed by how hard working and organised they were, they worked so well as a team, and my friends said they will recommend TFM to all aswell. I had so many large garden plants and even a greenhouse to move, and they all took great care with everything. My partner is a wheelchair user and they were compassionate and really worked around me and my partner. I can’t recommend them enough, if you go with TFM these guys definitely deserve a coffee or 2. TMF were superb from the moment i got in contact with them for a quote till the day the help me move into my house, they were very polite and organised throughout the day, even after a three hour delay for the release of the keys and the fact that it was pouring with rain when they were unloading the vans I didn’t hear one complaint. We recently used TFM for our move into our first home, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. The entire team was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. They took great care of our belongings and ensured everything was handled well, including our vintage piano, which managed to stay in tune through the process! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable packers and movers. The quote was quick and easy, and the admin staff were friendly on the phone and communicated well throughout the whole move. It’s a rare pleasure => to be fully satisfied with a service delivered at a reasonable price. This crew were really first-rate from the very first enquiry to the last courtesy call, checking that everything went well. They didn’t over-promise to get the job and the move team were on-time, careful, efficient, polite, helpful and friendly. All the things that you would hope for but so often don’t quite get. Well, TFM gets 10/10 on all measures from me – and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone considering a move.

TFM moved us to our new house in South Woodham Ferrers yesterday. The service from start to finish has been fantastic!! The staff didn’t stop working, were all extremely polite and just a great team. Everyone i experienced from the office to the delivery guys were fantastic and i cannot recommend enough. Thank you once again TFM – a fantastic business you have there!!

The guys from TFM were fantastic. Worked so hard but always polite and friendly. Lots of tea and coffee kept them going! We paid the extra for packing on Ralph’s recommendation and it certainly took the pressure off. Would definitely recommend.

TFM were great from start to finish. We lived a little further out so they conducted a estimate via video call and then delivered our boxes the following week, which was really helpful. On moving day a team of 3 arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully to empty our house. At the other end everything was put into the rooms we asked for and the whole move was completed by lunchtime, which was amazing. All our belongings were treated carefully and floor protection was used in both properties, we didn’t have to ask. We suffered no scrapes to walls and zero breakeages. (Which is a miracle considering how much china we have!) We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TFM to friends and family!

What a very professional and courteous company! They were patient with my moving date and able to accommodate my move with short notice. They guys that turned up were respectful of my items and arrived on time for my move from Berkshire to Essex. They were patient while waiting for my house move to complete and once I got they keys they put all my boxes in the right rooms very quickly. I can’t recommend TMF enough. Excellent service. Really recommend using their packing service worth the cost to minimise house moving stress. Extremely fast and efficient team. Felt that items were be securely stored. Have not finished unpacking yet but so far everything is in good condition.

Clear communication, everything efficiently managed with the minimum of fuss. If I had any queries they were dealt with straight away, by a human at the end of a telephone line, who said hello in a nice friendly voice. Josh who managed my removal was excellent and somehow managed to lower my stress levels. They were all really nice people to do business with and I felt they were great value for money.

We used TFM over the summer to move into a new school building after recommendations from a staff member who had used them to move house. The team were professional and organised and coped brilliantly with the complex nature of the move. We would highly recommend them.
