Getting Your Boxes & Materials
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my delivery?
As long as we receive 24 hours notice there will be no penalty.
What do I need to do on the delivery day?
It’s important to make sure you are home during the expected window for delivery. If we were unable to deliver your items, you will be charged the full delivery cost and an alternative date will need to be arranged with our team.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, at a small additional charge.
When can you deliver my boxes and carriers?
Our office are able to organise a mutually convenient day with you. Our team usually deliver in a 2-hour slot in the afternoon/early evening.
Do you provide Packing materials i.e. bubble wrap/tape?
No, however we do separately sell packing materials, you can find our list here.
Can the delivery be left in a safe space?
No, we will need a signature to ensure your items have been collected safely by our team.
Have you got a click-and-collect option?
Can I come and pick up the carriers myself?
Yes, but we hold our materials at our Burnham and Crouch addresses only, and you must tell us in advance and have completed all the relevant paperwork should you wise to collect carriers yourself.
Can I use my own box?
Yes, but make sure you list it as an additional item and ensure it is clearly sealed.
