Nothing was too much trouble

The initial estimate for Mr and Mrs Keen’s move, from Chelmsford, Essex to another address in Chelmsford was carried out on Friday 15th July 2016 by Josh. He advised that the removal would require a lorry and a transit van as the address was a cul-de-sac and one of our bigger lorries could not be used in such a restricted space. Having got 2 estimates, they decided to use TFM. However, unfortunately they lost their buyer and had to start the whole selling process again.

Fortunately a new buyer was quickly found and a new completion date of the 23rd September set. Mr and Mrs Keen packed and dismantled themselves, 80 cartons, paper, tape, bedding bags, garment rails and mattress bags were supplied by TFM.

The removal team on the day were Adam, Harry, Tony and Colin. The move was going well, but as is quite common with moves the couple, were not able to get their keys until late, but TFM did not charge a waiting time and the crew were unloaded by 1800 hours. Mr and Mrs Keen said ‘The four men that were in our removal team were very polite and efficient and they helped remove the stress from our moving day’. TFM have been relieving the moving stress for our customers for nearly 30 years so we were delighted to hear that Mr and Mrs Keen felt that the team had done this on their moving day.

Mr and Mrs Keen said that ‘Nothing was too much trouble and they took care with all of our possessions. We were very pleased and impressed with the work done and would definitely recommend your company.

This is a brief story of a recent removal carried out by TFM Removals. The customer’s name has been changed and has been blanked out on the satisfaction form they completed after the removal.
