This is a brief story of a recent removal carried out by TFM Removals. The customer’s name has been changed and has been blanked out on the satisfaction form they completed after the removal.
Mr & Mrs Jones moved to Essex from China, and having lived for some years in a massive city amongst millions of people, they were now looking for a quieter life somewhere more rural. Initially they lived in Wickford and started their search for that dream home. They found the perfect house, a beautiful quaint cottage with beautiful picturesque gardens in the very rural Bradwell on Sea in Essex.
Mr Jones had worked in China for Fords and was heavily involved with the development of the Transit Vans, so when he wanted to get removal estimates one of the reasons he chose TFM Removals was because we use Transit Luton vans. The couple contacted TFM and a removal estimate was carried out at the beginning of September by Ralph. The job needed a large amount of furniture to be dismantled, as the new property, being a beautiful period cottage had some small doors and restrictive access. The customers decided they wanted TFM Removals to do all of this dismantling and also carry out a full packing service on the day prior to the Removal.
On the 13th September Stats and Jamie did the packing, the customer commented on the satisfaction sheet that they completed after the removal, that they were ‘packing with speed & efficiency Everything perfectly packed & organised at both ends of the move.’
Completion day was the 15th of September and the removal from Wickford to Bradwell on Sea was handled by the packing team along with the driver, one of Ralph’s sons, Josh. The keys to the new property were not released until 4 o’clock in the afternoon but TFM, who pulled in extra staff to help the crew, were clear of the property with all furniture rebuilt, by 6 o’clock.
Mr and Mrs Jones were delighted with the removal from start to finish including the help and advice they got from the office describing it as ‘a totally seamless service’ At TFM we aim to take the stress out of moving and so we were delighted that Mr and Mrs Jones described us as an ‘Excellent removal company, would highly recommend to family & friends. A Top Company!’
We are delighted they are so happy in their new home and that Mr Jones is now planning to enjoy his hobby of home brewing by building a brew house in the garden!
